Hi There! I'm Jaimie Harel. A tenacious young chef who uses creativity and passion to learn and teamwork and communication to drive and strive for constant improvement.
While I am qualified in both Culinary Arts and Pastry, my heart and enthusiasm lies particularly with pastry and baking, especially bread.
I studied between 2023-2025, with 12+ months of study based work in lodges, restaurants and bakeries and before that engaging in internships to make sure this was the industry for me!
I pride myself on my organization, cleanliness, teamwork and communication.
My long term goal is to become the mediator between the consumers, growers and the environment and local business through food. Which ultimately connects us all.
