I am a Quantity Surveyor currently living in South Africa. I have gained experience in both the QS and site management roles.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR • BAY PROJECTS • 2023 – PRESENT
Within the last year, I have been involved in several projects, located in Port Elizabeth, as well as many different parts of the country. The projects have ranged from minor renovations to high end new builds, as well as the construction of windfarms, roads and many other civil projects.
SITE FOREMAN • BSP CONSTRUCTION • 2020 – 2022
Within the last year and a half, I have been involved in several projects, located in Port Elizabeth, St Francis Bay, as well as Jeffreys Bay. The projects have ranged from minor renovations to high end new builds. I have also been involved in the construction of a school cafeteria. My duties on site included:
During this month of working for GVK- Siya Zama, I undertook an apprentice role where I was required to execute work alongside the site foreman as well as site agent on site. The site which I was located on was the Royal Buffalo private hospital in East London.
SITE MANAGER • FLETCHER CONSTRUCTION • NOVEMBER – DECEMBER 2018
During this month I was gaining work experience to expand my knowledge in the practical aspect of my degree. Throughout this time, I was required to measure the interior of a house, to provide wall and floor areas to the Project Manager.

Throughout my four (4) years at Nelson Mandela University, I always strived to be a top student. In my third year I excelled academically; obtaining distinctions and receiving an Internationally recognized Golden Key Nomination. The Candy Course (building program) was also acquired.
