Jamie Francis

My name is Jamie Francis, and I am a motivated and adaptable individual with a strong interest in the fashion retail industry. I am currently studying towards a Bachelor of Consumer Science: Fashion Retail Management and am eager to gain hands-on experience in a retail environment where I can contribute to both customer experience and store operations. Through my academic background and experience in fast-paced environments, I have developed a solid foundation in communication, organisation, and attention to detail.

During my fashion retail internship, I gained insight into the operational side of the industry, including administrative tasks, product handling, and supporting daily processes within a retail environment. While my role was primarily behind the scenes, it strengthened my understanding of how retail spaces function effectively. In addition, my experience as a class assistant has strengthened my ability to work with people, remain calm under pressure, and adapt quickly in dynamic environments.

I bring strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to support both customers and staff in any way I can. I am eager to contribute to your store and continue growing within the fashion retail industry.
