- Ensure SOH and Replenishment in all Depot’s for direct deliveries National.
- Handled all Agents National Retail and wholesale.
- Visited all Regions once a quarter:
- Discussed YTD budgets, budgets for the next quarter and sales plan to achieve next quarter budgets, new launches, and Promotions.
Support all big outlets at H/O level and revise each month to estimate if they are on budget.
Providing all agents with the necessary information to achieve their monthly budgets.
Controlling all data from all regions and providing the CEO with monthly reports on business.
