I’m passionate about IT support and enjoy helping people solve technical problems. I like figuring out issues, keeping systems running smoothly, and learning new tools as I go. My CompTIA A+ and Network+ knowledge gives me a strong foundation in hardware and networking, and I’m always looking to grow my skills further.

I’ve built a solid technical background through my work in drone operations, electrical installations, and supervision. As a Commercial Drone Pilot at Zonderend Valley Farm, I completed all the flight hours needed for my licence and spent 6–7 months handling agricultural spraying and spreading with DJI drones. I gained strong experience with precision-farming tools, GPS, mapping systems, and even helped with setting up a weather station.

I also trained staff on the farming applications used on tractors.

Before that, I worked as a Junior Supervisor on wind-turbine projects in Sutherland, where I oversaw electrical line construction, drilling operations, PPE compliance, and daily progress reports. Although the role had limited tech work, it helped me confirm that I wanted to move back into an IT-focused career path.

Earlier on, I supported solar and electrical installations for homes, farms, and businesses, handling wiring, trunking, testing, maintenance, and basic IT troubleshooting. Across all these roles, I’ve developed a practical, hands-on approach and a strong interest in technical systems and support.

I completed my CompTIA A+ and Network+ studies through Optimi College and wrote my exams with Pearson Vue, building a strong foundation in IT support. Before that, I earned my Commercial Drone Pilot License through Drone-X and the Pest Management Academy, including the certification needed to work with chemicals for agricultural spraying.

I also completed my N1 Electrical Studies at CTU Stellenbosch, covering Engineering Science, Electrical Trade Theory, Industrial Electronics, and Mathematics. My school career was finished through Teneo Online School, where I completed my matric with subjects including Afrikaans, English, Math Literacy, Business Studies, Life Orientation, and CAT.
