I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management and several years of experience working in the ICT industry, particularly in the WFM environment as well as data analysis & report generation.
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in developing and automating reports, managing database systems using MS Access, and providing technical support to users. My experience has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of IT systems and processes, as well as a deep appreciation for the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving organizational goals.
In my current role, I have had the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects, including the rollout of an innovative dispatch system and the implementation of a new shift management system. Through these experiences, I have honed my skills in project management, communication, and problem-solving, and have developed a deep appreciation for the importance of user-centred design and development.

22 Years of working experience in Telecommunications. I have experience working as a technician, in a call centre, taking calls, as well as providing support in terms of statistics, coding reports in terms of automation, workforce management and am currently the operational specialist managing demand forecasting for Openserve.
I hold a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology and Management and am currently busy with a Post Graduate Diploma in the same field.
