I am a seasoned branch manager with diverse experience in increasing turnover, gp% as well as increasing staff retention. With the right team, motivated and appreciated the task of turnaround or growth is much easier and quicker.

My first real job was as a procurement clerk and warehouse supervisor. In this role I progressed to Procurement director and purchased a 10% share of the business. Specializing in agricultural spares, equipment and services.

After 16 years with Variquip I joined Trysome where I was tasked with resurrecting a failing branch. This was no easy task but withing 2 years this branch was no longer a loss bearing entity and showed annual growth and highly profitable at the close of 2023 financial year.
