My current position as a Senior Parts Supervisor for Bell Equipment requires me to oversee a large portfolio of products, services, and customers in a fast- paced and ever- changing environment.
I successfully manage a team of twenty staff members, and I am responsible for all aspects of Sales, inventory management, customer relations, and issue resolution. I have a track record of successfully increasing customer satisfaction, product availability and inventory accuracy. I am also experienced in forecasting and budgeting, making sure that my team and I consistently meet our deadlines.
In addition, I have a proven ability to identify and develop unique strategies to increase part sales and customer retention. I also have some technical knowledge and have managed workshops and a site for a commercial truck manufacturing company. I have successfully managed and operated several different types of businesses in the automotive and earthmoving industry.
I have a keen eye for detail and my organizational skills are top-notch. My ability to multitask ensures that no task is ever left unfinished. I have the necessary skills and experience to make an immediate and positive impact on your team.
I am an incredibly detail oriented person and thrive on order; therefore, maintaining and organizing a department comes naturally to me. I am also comfortable with the use of computers for cataloging and keeping records. I am always able to answer questions for customers and hold regular training sessions for staff.
