I am a candidate who is technically inclined in design and construction methodologies . I have a strong belief that design in its broad spectrum is what shapes lives , not only buildings but in all basic forms of life. I am able to work effectively in pressurized situations and can be relied upon to deliver , irrespective of circumstances . I have a history of working on all stages of projects from inception to completion.
I am Archicad and Revit proficient , and have contract documentation experience and able to interpret workability of spaces and technical requirements for Documentation for Council Submission as well as
Construction detailing.
KEY EXPERIENCE ; 6 work stages from Design to Construction Close out , Construction Documentation, Specifications, Building Information Modelling(BIM) specifically Teamwork ,Contract Administration(JBCC ), Project Management, SANS XA, Full Council drawings and documentation, SANS Forms & Compliance.
