My name is Jeffrey Poole and my goal as a Facilities Manager is to maintain a physical environment that is physically viable for its intended purpose -- including promoting health and safety, including COVID19 compliance. I aim to accomplish a number of objectives in this area. As a Facilities Manager I’m fully functional in all hard and soft services.
To engage in regular communication with building stakeholders -- such as the Owners and Business Directors - via in-person meetings, telephone and online exchanges. These channels allow me as the Facilities Manager to learn about and support current and future priorities for building operations -- including cosmetic upgrades, workspace redesign, renovations and construction by means of SLA's, regular meetings with Contractors and Service Providers.
To maintain all buildings at a level that ensures facilities that are aesthetically pleasing, clean, sanitary, and safe and retrofit costs. To ensure the availability of sufficient funding and other resources to support projected facility maintenance requirements, Keeping all stakeholders safe by implementing a new process that will assist in preventing the loss of money, time and productivity.
· Gas, plumbing, and heating
· HVAC systems
· Lighting, electrical, and mechanical (Generators/ UPS/ Thermographic Report of all DBs and air quality)
· Fire safety systems (Sprinkler systems, Fire extinguishers, Fire hose reels and gas suppression equipment)
· Building maintenance work
· Grounds maintenance
· Landscaping
· Decorating
· Catering services (including vending machines and water coolers)
· Cleaning services
· Pest control
· Waste management
· Car parking
