I am responsible for providing technical support to end users. This includes resolving problems, answering questions, and providing guidance on how to use IT resources. I am able to work independently and as part of a team. I am also able to communicate effectively with end users, both verbally and in writing.
I have completed my three years of studies in Information Technology (NCV Level 4) at College of Cape Town, Crawford Campus. I have completed the SDA(Service desk analyst) and currently in the midst of completing ITIL-foundation Gen 4
