I have worked in a nightclub environment at Bruno‘s Bar and Restaurant in Gibraltar. On weekends, I worked multiple 12 hour shifts from 6pm to 6am, where I would sell £2000-£3000 worth of drinks.
I have also worked at a restaurant in Cape Town called I Love The Dough, where our focus in on bespoke cocktails.
Overall, I have developed a vast knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology.
