I have set myself a goal to be an outstanding Pharmacist that not only offers a service of excellence to my employer/s but at the same time providing a professional, pharmaceutical service to the public and patients alike. These objectives are nonnegotiable and by maintaining a high level of professional work ethic and a positive attitude, working in harmony with all colleagues and co-workers, not only do I strive to achieve these goals, but am able to motivate and inspire those around me.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and control all operational activities of the dispensing, including safe and responsible stock management, shrinkage, general housekeeping and administration in line with merchandising, SAPC regulations and company standards
• Upholding of quality standards and SOP's 
• Ensure competency and motivate employees
• Leadership management and on-going development
• To adequately schedule staff
• Manage customer service initiatives in despensary that results in a great customer experience
• Integration and partnership with the clinic and healthcare ailse resulting in a full offering to customers regarding their healthcare needs
