- Consultant-handled international and local clients until successful automatic telling machine queries. Balancing of suspense account and hand over the reports to the team leader as well as the manager on a weekly and monthly basis for signing off when in zero balance.
- Receptionist-welcoming clients into the branch, record the clients in a register and direct the client to a consultant. Keeping the reception area neat and tidy at all times, receiving courier parcels and referring it to the relevant consultants as well as ordering stationary from suppliers.
- Switchboard Operator- answering the switchboard and transferring the calls to a relevant consultant if there are no available consultants then I will proceed in taking a message or refer the client to the team leader of the department.
- Vault Consultant- welcome the client into the branch, record the details of the client into the register and proceed with escorting to the vault lockers to unlock it with the client and head back to my desk allowing the client privacy. Debited the clients who have lockers on a monthly basis and refer it back to the team leader for scrutiny and signing off. Also assisted the client who were collecting credit cards and garage cards afternoon applying.
- Foreign Exchange Consultant -Assisted clients who ordered different denominations for foreign currencies that are ready for collection. Debited the clients accounts and credited the banks accounts. Assisted clients who applied for a visa after receiving the necessary documents.
Data Capturer - First National Bank

- Encoding the cheques that come from branches. Checked for fraudulent cheques if found inform which branch it came from and send it back to the branch to be investigated.
