I am a qualified Town and Regional Planner who is currently working as a Building/Facilities Operations
Manager dealing with all aspects of Property Portfolio & Building Maintenance, Contractors, Suppliers and external Service Providers with Service Contracts (SLA’s), Leasing Agreements with tenants, Conducting
Detailed Building Inspection Reports, Project Values, Budgeting and Cost Incursions by working closely with Procurement, Stock Management & Control, Occupational Health & Safety duties as well as Operating the Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, Temperature Regulation & Control, UPS, Generators,
Space Layout Management etc. I have a 3 Year National Diploma in Town and Regional Planning which is a Facility Property related qualification within the Built Environment. My experience entails working for both Government and Private sectors & having an FET Certificate in Contact Centre Operations
Management (Empower) NQF Level 4 qualification (132 Credits) with almost 6 years Call Centre experience of which 4 years are as a Team Manager for MTN, ABSA DragonPass & Office Depot Customer
Services running a Team of 20 agents. I also have experience in Government Real Estate & Finance,
Property Administration, Acquisitions and Disposals, Vesting, Property Transfers, Property Leases, Land
Legal Administration and performing a clerical and secretarial administrative function with proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite, CAD, GIS, Deeds Web, Value Assist, Freshdesk and various other software programs. Further experience entails working for a Water Management Company, Inzalo Utility Systems

Land Legal, IT Technical Support & Telecommunications. I have a solid 6 years Management experience in Operations, 6 years within the Telecommunication Industry (MTN Customer Services), with Property/
