My experience as a waiter/runner, and an ice cream shop assistant has equipped me with the skills necessary to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced role. As a runner at Santos Express Train Lodge (December 2020–January 2021 and December 2021–January 2022), I was required to wash dishes, cleaning and on occasion waiting the tables.
As a shop assistant at the Ice Cream Shop and Ligpunt Deli (Holidays and weekends of 2022-2023), I was taught to take apart, reassemble and clean an ice cream machine. I was taught to scoop and get the perfect cone with soft serve and I was required to be behind the till.
I was required to speak fluently in Afrikaans as well as English.
I am currently in Matric.I am currently NQF Level 3 until the end of the year. I have Afrikaans, English, Business Studies, Visual Arts as well as Computer Applications Technology as my subjects at Point High School.
