- Managing freezers and chiller staff, ensuring stock rotation is done on a daily basis according to shelf life dates.

- Receiving stock from cold store, internal production and external production daily, checking and receiving physically and then capturing it on the system.
- Using PASTEL program (Sage Evolution) to do internal transfers to various departments.

- Liaising with dispatch loaders, sales persons and store managers daily, telephonically and via email.
- Sending daily shorts and no stock report to various departments via email.
- Conducting weekly stocktake and assist in counting.
- Sending weekly stocktake variance feedback report.
- Managing all staff in dispatch ensuring all duties are executed timeously.
- Assist dispatch loaders with stock brands and calculating of load mass.
- Checking all picking slips and signing it before invoicing it.
