I am a driven and ambitious recent graduate in Operations management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. With a solid academic foundation and a passion for optimizing processes, I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge in a real world setting.
As a recent graduate I don't have direct experience in Operations Management, I have developed valuable skills in my 8 year tenure as a waitress at Grandwest casino, where I have gained customer service skills which entails: handling payments, keeping professionalism at all times and worked well with various teams.
I recently graduated with a diploma in Operations Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Throughout my studies I have gained solid foundation in supply chain management and logistics, quality control and assurance, business analytics and decision-making and leadership and team management.
