A driven and innovative Surveyor with excellent skills and 5 years experience in cadastral surveying, construction surveying, engineering surveying, mine surveying, aerial surveying, laser scanning, 3d modelling and GIS. Well seasoned in manipulating various surveying software ( Model Maker, Survey Maker, Road Maker, Surpac, QGis, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and PlanetGIS) and instruments (GPS Units, Total Stations, Scanners, Auto/Dumpy Levels, and Drones). Thorough knowledge of principles, practices, procedures, software and instruments of construction surveys, topographic surveys, cadastral surveys, boundary surveys, servitude surveys and GIS.
Fully aware of safety practices and procedures. Municipal by-laws, subdivision, consolidation, rezoning, sectional titles, township establishment, beacon relocations and lodging of the several applications. Possesses excellent problem solving skills related to engineering/construction, mine, and cadastral surveying.Solid personnel management experience, client handling, including training of survey assistants, conflict resolution skills, emotional composure and initiative.
Remarkable skills in organizing/ planning work activities, achieving set goals and using time efficiently. Self motivated and hard working individual.
