I am very hardworking, punctual and give my 100 percent to whatever I do.I have extensive customer service experience in the retail,call center and fitness industry.My main passion is fitness as I want to make a difference in people's lives by encouraging them to lead healthy and productive lives .
I have been a fitness instructor, group exercise instructor and brand ambassador for a well known supplement brand prior to covid.I have experience doing inductions,fitness assessments ,reception duties and personal training as well as small group classes.My experience also includes working in call center which I currently am in where I deal with orders ,complaints and speak to delivery services .During covid I also started my own small online business so I have experience dealing with suplliers and wholesalers taking orders ,stock control as well as delivering to customers and managing various social media platforms as well as attending flea markets and doing promotions.
