An aspiring PrQS, with a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree. I am an ambitious, determined, and committed individual, with a true passion for the built environment. I am dedicated to my work and always strive for the best results, from calculating the costs of a project to managing the budget during construction.

I love to push myself be it within the work environment or in a personal capacity. Having a comprehensive understanding of building surveying and the construction process, I can assure my knowledge and experience allows for only the best results.

General supervision on construction sites regarding wastage of material, improper use of material, and quality of work on-site. Producing quotations for renovations/alterations works and new buildings. Measuring working drawings to produce quantities for client quotations.

Assist in tendering with quantity surveying consultant. Using measured quantities to order materials required for works to be completed. Liaison with the building teams to complete the project within the agreed-upon contract project schedule.

Meeting with clients weekly to discuss ongoing and/or potential projects. Produce cost reports on active projects.

Studied a Bachelor of Science honours degree in quantity surveying at Nelson Mandela University. This includes feasibility studies, property economics, building methods, building economics, environmental building sciences and much more.
