College graduate at Dundalk Institute of Technology who is looking to build on the foundations my Undergraduate degree and build on my skills that have been provided from my degree as well as my coaching experience to further my knowledge and skills in the health and well-being field as well as obtaining new skills and methods to broaden my knowledge of the field.

Field Hockey coach at Sacred heart Secondary school (2025-01 – Present)

At Sacred heart I started up the Girls hockey program. I oversaw practice sessions as well as organising matches against others

Field Hockey coach at Portrane Hockey Club (2023-01 – Present)

• Coaching the Portrane 4th team ladies' hockey side as well as the inters(U16) girls' team as well

Cricket coach at Cricket Leinster (2023-01 – 2024-12)

I spent 2 years with Cricket Leinster before over the summers where I coached the girls U13, U15 and U17 girls at their various interprovincial tournaments.

Field Hockey coach at Santa Sabina Dominican College (2024-01 – Present)

I'm currently coaching hockey at Santa Sabina Dominican College. I coach a group of senior teams ranging from senior girls teams all the way down to 1st and second year girls hockey.

Field Hockey coach at Boyne Hockey Club (2022-01 – Present)

I'm currently a hockey coach at Boyne hockey club in Drogheda where I coach across 3 age groups from minor girls all the way up to ladies' senior hockey.

Cricket coach at Balbriggan Cricket Club (2021-01 – Present)

Coach the junior teams from under 7 and younger up to under 15. I coach both girls and boys. All this coaching takes place during the cricket season which is the summer.

• I Am also responsible for travelling with the different teams to all of their away games as well as running training sessions

Field Hockey coach at Dundalk Grammar School (2023-01 – 2024-12)

I was coaching hockey at Dundalk Grammar School. Was coaching different teams ranging from senior girl's teams all the way down to primary school kids.

Barista at Phoenix Fuel bar (2022-06 – 2022-09)

During the Summer of 2022 I worked at the phoenix fuel bar in Balbriggan. During my time there I learnt how to make different kinds of coffees as well as smoothies. This was a part-time job and I couldn't continue as the fuel bar went on to close.

Field Hockey coach at Yeats hockey club (2021-01 – 2022-12)

While at Yeats hockey club I coached across different age groups from junior girls all the way up to open ladies' hockey.

Sports coach at St Martin's Preparatory School (2021-01 – 2021-12)

Coached from under 7 up to under 13 sports, both boys and girls. Sports coaching included Football, Hockey, Tennis and Cricket.

• I was also responsible for travelling with the teams to all their away games as well as coordinating home fixtures
