I am an independent, always willing to learn leader, enthusiastic about customer service and developing people.
In the time I have been in customer service, I have grown and understand how the quality of our conversations are important for the business along with the customers. I am process driven, customer orientated, success driven, self-motivated, work well with people and most importantly enjoy developing people and see them grow. I am always willing to learn new things that can help me grow within any business or help anyone within the same organisation to reach business KPI’s and objectives.
I was a team leader in the live chats department. I was managing a team of 10 service consultants, developing, coaching, monitoring QA and taking customer complaints that were escalated.
I enjoy challenging queries or being there to help or step in where other people have challenges, that does not only help other people but helps to grow me further, we never stop learning!
