I have been in Telecoms industry for more than 5 years with an excellent reputation in customer services, and in a high pressured service driven. I am great team player and an expert in product knowledge and systems. Through my knowledge that I have acquired, I have been able to go beyond for my clients and able to share vital information on systems and policies to my team.

It would be a great opportunity to grow skills in leadership and to become more educated in other industries relating to customer services. I am very keen to learn new technologies. I am curious worker but once I have grasped the concept, I work independently.
