My Name is Karabo Mokoena, I have over 10 years in the broadcasting industry having worked at Multichoice as a TAC Controller and later on as a TAC supervisor.
My responsibilities include(not limited to) ensuring that all scheduled advertisements go on to air timeously with no technical glitches. I would also take care of writing reports on advertisements that failed to air to send to the relevant stakeholders.
In my experience, I have seen that clients of these advertisements would struggle with appropriate feedback in the event that scheduled material doesn't air as expected.
