I am currently hold a Diploma in human resource management an studying my b.com in industrial and organisational psychology, I have recently been introduced into the corporate environment (OUTsurance) within human capital department. I am a Recruitment Intern in the HR space,specialising in support recruitment and projects in terms of recruitment I assist with the Actuarial, financial, risk and compliance and all other support shops within OUTsurance. My projects are coordinating career fairs/graduate programs for STEM and so far I have coordinated these graduate programs for UP,UJ,WITS,UFS,NWU.
In terms of other admin assistance duties I assist with company SLA's for recruitment agencies, advertising jobs adverts, conducting Background checks, interviews invitations, references, capturing new candidates and many more.
Currently employed on a 12 month internship with OUTsurance insurance company
Diploma in human resource management (completed), bachelor of commerce in organisational and industrial psychology (in progress)
