My name is Karabo, my experience is Quality Assurance monitoring at FNB since 2022. Some of my duties are to engage in customer due diligence process for onboarding, periodic and trigger event reviews as well as for common reporting standards. I analyze and monitor KYC and CRS information and processes. I ensure that low/medium/high accounts are refreshed and comply with the relevant regulatory requirements of FICA and the bank's policies and guidelines.
