As the Shared Service IT Manager – Southern Africa, I am providing technical and telecommunications leadership to the properties within the cluster. Effectively communicating, managing, and delivering systems and procedures that align with Corporate and Brand IT and Telecom standards. I manage projects plans and deliver the implementation and upgrades of major systems to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
I also support hotels within your cluster with business solutions such as installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware to ensure optimal performance. In addition to this, I support the troubleshooting of problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, providing end-user training and assistance.
Additional to the above, my portfolio also manages new Hotel openings with Southern Africa where I work closely with Dir Tech Field Srvcs Opngs.
