I've worked in the automotive industry for several years, currently I work for MSX International as a warranty specialist for Ford SA. My main duties are to check warranty status on vehicles analyze the concern following the warranty process and procedures. Submit warranty claims on OWS.
Check for daily statuses on claims and payments. Check part return status. Submit warranty reports on a weekly basis. Provide training for new employees. Monitor warranty age and follow-up on account allocation.
I have 16 years experience in the motor industry can work on the following systems and DMS systems : Autoline, ADP, Kerridge, Evolve, Automate, Automate windows, BSI, PTS, OWS, FMC Dealer, UON. I have a lot of technical knowledge and able to assist with GCR and HAR queries. There is still room for improvement and training.
