PricewaterhouseCoopers January 2022 – Present
(buy and sell side) to various entities including large JSE listed &
international entities. I have had exposure to various industries including but not limited to healthcare and pharmaceuticals & mining, recycling,
automotive, transport & logistics and financial services (including insurance). This included the analysis of the income statement, balance sheet, working capital and other qualitative factors. The analysis was completed in a dealtool (excel) and then documented in the report. I have further worked with the PwC UK transaction services team (on secondment) and had exposure to their methodologies. I have had further exposure to power query, power pivot, power BI and Alteryx.
