I am knowledgeable in many operating systems, hardware components, and software packages. I am able to provide quick and accurate solutions to user issues and I am able to easily explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

I am customer service oriented and I am able to work well with colleagues. I am also very detail-oriented and I am committed to providing the best possible service.

I have 8 years of professional experience in IT management. I have worked for two companies, Emann Zayan Wahab Trading and Calibers IT Solutions, as an IT manager for 5 and 3 years respectively.

During this period, I developed extensive knowledge and experience with computers, mobile devices, operating systems, software packages and hardware components.

I also have strong customer service and communication skills, as well as a high attention to detail and a commitment to providing the best possible service.

I have completed a two-year course in Information Technology which was validated by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA). This course has provided me with the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful in the IT field.
