• Request statements from creditors if not received
• Verification of banking details
• Liaising with debtors for payment/settlement of accounts

• Record keeping of documents ensuring that documents are readily available on demand
• Archiving of filing (externally)
• Assist and attend to auditors

• Scheduling and reserving appointments according to availability of schedules
• Ordering of stationary and refreshments in the office
• Fill-in at reception
• Assist ad-hoc administrative duties in all other departments in the firm
