Dear Recruiter,
I am Katlego Segone, a technician currently based in Johannesburg, and I am currently employed by one of the tech companies in the industry, having about 4 years experience so far.
I was enrolled with University of Johannesburg in the past years from 2016 with regards to a qualification of National Diploma: Electrical (Electronics) Engineering.
My current role where I am employed is both site and workshop based. I have worked on different sites of mining environment, rendering field services. In my experience I have managed to acquire skills that are mechanical and electrical along the path of learning.
The skills I have learnt regard fault finding, refurbishment, electrical wiring, use of electrical power tools, electrical units software quality tests, disassembling and reassembling of units, analysis, interpretation of circuit diagrams as well as working on conveyor belts (conveyor belt scans and monitoring). I have also balanced my experience with skills related to customer trainings, quality service delivery, talent development, technical assistance to salespeople, basic Microsoft Office admin and most importantly making sure customers comfortably rely on the company I am working for.
