Project - Nitrogen Gas Tank Storage at Steffanute Stocks (2022-11 – 2024-06)
The project Entailed the Construction of a new 8 800m³ ( 6 000Ton) for Ammonia and all associated balance of plant.
- The Tank Construction method via a hook and grab Jacking system, in-house Custom Designed Transportation System Allowed the plates for both the outer and inner tank shell to be slide into position horizontal, Roof Tank Weight it was approximately 374Ton we used 750Ton Crawler Crane to Lift and Install Tank Roof.
- Lifting and Installing Structure, Piping, Electrical Plant Equipment, Tank Plates, Valve's, Flairs, Vapourizer, Silos, Nozzles and other various construction components Using Tower Crane, Mobile Cranes and Floating Technique of Hand Powered tool device to Install Plant Components.
