In my previous roles at The Gauteng Department of Health, and MCPF. I was responsible for admin support to the Chief of operations, I would assist with the management of employees' leave forms, take minutes for management meetings, and was also responsible for recording, filing, and updating the database for HR development. At MCPF I would communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure that they were kept well informed about strategic policies and programs about the fund.
I have honed my skills in performing these various administrative roles (managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records), and these experiences have equipped me with the ability to multitask efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, adapt to fast-paced environments and the ability to develop strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving which I believe are essential qualities for success in office administration.
