I joined the Pavilion branch in 2021, where I have continuously developed my skills and grown both professionally and personally. Working in a high-volume environment exposed me to many challenges that strengthened my resilience, adaptability, and leadership abilities. Managing a large team allowed people management to become one of my key strengths. During my three years at Clicks, I successfully trained and mentored seven staff members who were later promoted to Supervisor and Assistant Manager positions. This achievement reflects my commitment to teamwork, staff development, and creating opportunities for growth within the team. I strongly believe in teamwork and collaboration, as success is achieved when individuals support one another toward a common goal.

My personal philosophy is: "I can't, you can't, but together we CAN." I made the decision to resign from Clicks due to changes in my location, and I am now seeking a fresh start where I can contribute my experience, leadership skills, and passion for customer service to help the business grow and succeed.
