Have a further 19+ years of experience within the hospitality industry and have extensive knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
Completed several Meridian Wine Courses, Advanced Selling Techniques, Restaurant etiquette, Cigars, Cognacs and ports, Wines and Fine dining/food and drink.
