My name is Keanu Septoo and I am interested in an Architectural Technologist / design coordinator / architectural technician role within your organization. With over 5 years of experience in the field of architecture and with all I have learnt with the design, technical and research skills, I am confident that I can contribute to the success of your team. I have worked on high end residential houses, apartments buildings ranging from 200 and more units, shopping centers, shop fronts, interior layouts and spatial planning for shops and restaurants.

My abilities are wide ranged. My professional experience includes design planning for residential, commercial and industrial projects. Preparing council plans for submissions to local municipalities. Drafting construction and working drawings for sites.

Preparing tender documentation and coordinating with clients and contractors. Visiting sites to obtain data and checking progress, analyzing requirements, developing technical specifications and 3d modeling and rendering images as well as video walkthroughs. Having obtained my National Diploma in Architectural Technology from Nelson Mandela University (NMU) and completing my professional registration from SACAP (South African Council for the Architectural Profession) has helped me gain solid understanding of drafting concepts, technical drawings and terminology.

I have 6 years working experience. I previously worked for Jaco Architects situated in Port Elizabeth. I was responsible for all technical work and part design work on high end residential, commercial and industrial projects.

I have obtained my National diploma in Architectural Technology from Nelson Mandela University in 2018. I am registered as a professional Architectural Technologist with SACAP since 2021.

I completed my high school career at Newton Technical High school in 2014
