I’m a 35-year-old financial analyst working remotely, with several years in finance and operational support. My core responsibilities include managing sub-contractor payments, reporting and intercompany invoicing.
I thrive in dynamic environments where attention to detail and analytical thinking are key. Working remotely has allowed me to develop strong self-discipline and communication skills.

Perform elimination processes to consolidate financial data from multiple ASP companies, analysing revenue and costs to determine Gross Profit.
Conduct thorough analysis to identify and mitigate cost leakage within the organization.
Responsible for generating and processing intercompany invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
Manage financial transactions and analyses across multiple currencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless financial transactions
Ensure all subcontractor invoices are verified, correct and approved and submitted for payment
Compiling and monitoring project budgets versus actual expenditures, and liaising with ops to resolve any deviations & discrepancies
Ensure subledger accounts are up to date and fully reconciled at all times
Responsible for managing cost and revenue accrual’s related to ongoing projects,
ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards
Manage end-to-end processing of expense claims, verifying documentation,
ensuring policy compliance, and facilitating prompt reimbursements to support operational efficiency
Attend regular operational meetings to review and discuss project Gross Profit performance on a monthly basis, driving informed decision-making and business optimization.
