Role & Responsibilities
Over the last 5 years I have been employed full time by Resource Solutions Europe – 9 months after joining the company I was promoted into a Vendor Recruiter role for The Lloyds Banking Group. Post Covid19 my role became fully remote. Managing a variety of Vendor recruitment activities include significant coordination responsibilities however managing relationships with our partners and suppliers is equally as significant.
Business as usual for a Vendor Recruiter would entail managing new roles received and ensure it is tracked accordingly. Suggesting suppliers to Stakeholder(s) and Setup and facilitate and host briefing calls via Teams; send suppliers closing date reminders and notify Stakeholder(s) roles have closed; Arrange interviews and send invites ensure updates are tracked accordingly; follow up for interview feedback. Communicate offers to supplier and notify them once offer is ready for acceptance on Workday whilst keeping an email trail of candidate acceptance as Audit team will request this.
Tracking all offers accepted on Billing Report and Forecast report Ensuring I take invoice deadlines into account when updating forecast for that month. Invoicing is done twice a month and dates depend on invoice deadline for that month – Create Invoice dataset and send over to the billing and finance teams for actioning as well as handle invoice queries; Attending monthly and quarterly operations client calls. I also mentor a junior team mate which involves a lot of coaching ; training and development.
