I am Kent Perils, a digital transformation specialist in sectors of product development that includes, Fintech, Automotive Tech, Insure-Tech, Invest-Tech, Cyber Security, and Prop-Tech.
I believe that it takes a special kind of "mind and thinking skills" that is of a natural born talent that will make successful Head of Digital Transformation, not only academic achievements, but rather past and current milestones in digital product development from an “Idea” stage to an MVP and related digital prototypes.
Such as a Steve Jobs, Jack Ma, that dares to think crazy, and go where others fear, that results in the same "others" becoming followers.
If we cannot innovate, we are not digital transformation specialist at all. If a company don't innovate they will perish.

I'm not only a founder of a tech start-up, called Soft Design Ltd with a range of groundbreaking mobile and web application platforms, with product launch dates later this year, 2023, including patented Fintech solutions and patent pending solutions in other sectors. I also work with other company founders, CEO’s and Executives, to understand their need in digital transformation, their objectives, KPI’s, and problems they are facing.
This process for my involvement is to establishment a roadmap towards where the organization is, and what the 5th industrial revolution requires, for such company to remain relevant, and profitable in a digital future. This is through problem solving, research, finding new gaps within the marketplace, consumer behavior and more.
