Open to work fully remote Talent Acquisition Manager/Lead & People Partner, working with UK and Europe based start-ups & scale-ups.
While looking for a permanent position, I have opened a freelance recruitment, partnerships and TA management consultancy for part time projects and thereafter community networking.
I started my HR career around 9+ years ago as a 360-recruitment consultant and eventually found my niche in the Engineering, Product & Design recruitment space, where my passion for all things tech related grew and I gained extensive exposure to the UK & EU technology agency, start-up, scale-up, and hyper-growth market.
Extensive experience recruiting within the IT, digital, product, technical (mechanical, civil etc.), marketing, go-to-market, people, and operational departments.
I have been fortunate enough to successfully launch two entities from scratch which helped develop my HR Operations and project management skills, that allowed me to transition from being a Recruiter to a People (HR Business) Partner which has allowed me to deepen my experience across the whole HR scope which is a piece that I felt was missing and could have a positive impact on my ability to further understand business operations and ultimately successful hire & scale high performance teams.
In all my talent and partnering functions, I have specialized in being a true partner to my stakeholders by providing the following services remotely - Talent Acquisition management, ATS/HRIS implementation and deployment, employee value proposition (EVP), employee engagement and retention, diversity and inclusion, employer brand growth and awareness - internal/external communications and marketing initiatives, company culture, and change management… as well future leadership and mental health and well-being programs.
With my passionate for self-learning, this year I have started a NLP (Neuro-linguistics programming) certification, complete SQL training to upskill my data analysis skills and become a mental health first-aider in at least another two countries.
