I assisted with prequalifying clients, I did admin and assisted in Giving clients awesome service,i was also a team player and helped around in the team whoever needed my assistance.
I assisted with capturing of claims and authorisation, towing,
storage, arranging of rental vehicle, transfers, payment of claims, queries, customer service, i was also a team player,
assisted with substitution of vehicles, and made sure I gave awesome service to my clients at all times.
Quality Assurance specialist In my current position I'm listening to calls, correcting and adding to procedure, attending meetings, been innovative and creating combine assurance within the department,
assisting with Feedbacks from ops for the clients query,
assisting with team manager audits, I'm also a team player assistant team members who are new or who needs advice in my area of expertise, motor claims, motor warranty,
salvage, rescue, sales, client care, message centre and quote promotion,i also assist with adhoc work if a member is not present.
I assisted with underwriting for life insurance, clients queries,
updating information,admin work, and closing of sales.
