I’ve been practicing for over a year as a candidate and am well versed in drafting legal documents and attending to clients and their needs. I’ve specialised in labour law, family law, civil law, maintenance, domestic violence and impact litigation.
My duties as a candidate revolved around consulting with clients daily, drafting documents relating to their matters such as letter of demands, summonses and notice of motions. My duties further included attending Magistrates Courts on a weekly basis and then working with students on UNISA LAW CLINIC’S FOCI plan which involved teaching students from different years in their LLB.
I have completed my LLB majoring in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate Law, Law of Insurance, Research Paper, SA Bill of Rights, Law of Unjustified Enrichment, Advance Labour Law, Advance Corporate Law, Law of Evidence and Preparing for Law in Practice.
I have furthered my studies and completed my Practical Legal Training 400 hours majoring in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Attorneys Bookkeeping, Constitutional Practice, Criminal Court Practice, Drafting of Contracts, High Court Practice, Insolvency Practice, Intro to Practice Management, Labour Dispute Resolution, Legal Costs, Magistrates Court Practice, Matrimonial Law, Personal Injury Claims, Professional Legal Ethics, Wills and Estates, Information and Communication Technology for practice and associated aspects of Cyber Law, Forms of Business Enterprise and Customary Law
