I am currently the Coastal HR Business Partner for a facilities management company . I head up the portfolio of the end to end and strategic HR fuctions spanning across multipe contracts in KZN and the Western Cape .Due to one of my strengths being IR , i provide IR guidance to the business on a national level .
I am a relevant and key support function to the business units . Partnering with Ops on delivering key deliverables to the client . Stake holder management is a strong aspect of my role to ensure that i am in control of the day to day as well as strategic HR requests that the business may require .
I have completed a degree in Bachelor of social science majoring in Industrial psychology . I have also completed a middle management development programme through GIBS .
