I have a National Diploma in marketing (NQF Level 7), obtained in TUT (Tshwane University of Technology) and I would like to work at your organisation, which will expose me to many new challenges and which will provide me with a steep learning curve. I also completed my NQF level 4 Banking , i have enrolled in NQF level 5.
I have 8 years’ experience in dealing directly with clients which is something that I love and enjoy doing, I am currently working for one of the busiest banks, where I serve at least 50 walk in clients in a day, this has taught me nothing but customer satisfaction, patience, multitasking, time management, problem solving, performance management and team work.where I used analytical and interpersonal skills to maintain a excellent customer satisfaction.Proficiently assisting clients to meet all their banking needs.
i just enrolled NQF level 5 banking,explores general banking concepts, including the banking regulatory environment, sales and marketing strategies, financial management and investment products.
