My love for people development has led me to work with an NGO, where I facilitated career workshops and helped students process their futures and what they want to do after they finish high school. The feeling of satisfaction that comes from empowering people to achieve their full potential through education and training is unparalleled.
Additionally, my desire to teach in a global country led me to teach English in South Korea. This experience gave me the opportunity to immerse myself in a new culture and learn more about cross-cultural communication, which is crucial for developing effective training programmes for diverse audiences.
