I am a very straight forward person. I like helping people and if i were given a chance to be rich. I would make sure i help more people out there who are struggling. I am quiet and only talk when its neccessary. I have 10 years experience in a contact centre environment and i am a permanent team leader with a team of 14 consultants. I am good in excel, powerpoint, Emails and word. My goal is to grow more within the call centre environment because there are a lot of opportunities.
Coach agents and make sure the process is followed and adhered to.
Supporting consultants and train them. Complete timesheets and checking puntuality and absence. Assess calls and correct behavior. Share my findings with the team and client and suggest on what we can improve. Analys the root cause of issues and find solutions to solve a problem.
I am currently doing a Future leader course.
