I have 5-6 years working experience in the Public Service within the Service Delivery Planning, Service Delivery Improvement Initiatives, Operations Management, Batho Pele Unit and Government Employees Housing Scheme units. I have acquired extensive knowledge and skills in policy development and review, monitoring & evaluation, research, strategic planning, administrative skills, administration, project management, frontline service delivery assessments and financial management as well as stakeholder and customer relation.
