I am a 33-year-old single woman and proud mother to my 2-year-old son, who is my greatest motivation in life. I began my academic journey at the University of Zululand in 2009 and successfully completed my studies in 2013. After graduating, I started my career as a salesperson, where I sold corporate training programs such as first aid and firefighting to various companies.
This role helped me develop strong communication and relationship-building skills. After a year, I moved on to join Triton Express in Durban as an HR Administrator. Through hard work and dedication, I excelled in my position, was transferred to a larger branch, and later promoted to HR Officer.
I am passionate about growth, both personally and professionally, and I continue to strive for excellence in everything I do.
5+ years in HR (including supervisory experience)
Experience managing an HR team
Strong knowledge of labor laws, policies, and HR strategy
Experience in performance management and organizational development
Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
National diploma in public relations and higher diploma in HR management
